Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-17
1. The service
This platform (the “Service”) provides hosted storefront, class-scheduling, membership, and payment tooling for class-based studios and similar businesses (pottery, dance, yoga, painting, music, fitness, and more). A studio that registers an account (a “Shop Owner”) operates its own storefront on the Service; visitors and customers of that storefront (“End Customers”) transact with the Shop Owner, not with the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you may not create an account for a child. If a class is for a minor, an adult must hold the account and register the minor as a participant, taking responsibility for that participation.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We authenticate sessions with a signed cookie; keeping your device and email account secure is your responsibility.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Shop Owners connect their own Stripe account to accept payments from End Customers, and those charges are governed by the Shop Owner’s agreement with Stripe. Platform subscription fees for Shop Owners are billed monthly through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Refunds for a purchase from a storefront are governed by that Shop Owner’s own posted policies (including any class cancellation window shown at checkout), not by the Service. Platform subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Shop Owner responsibilities
Each Shop Owner is independently responsible for their own storefront: the products, classes, prices, and content they publish; compliance with laws that apply to their business (including consumer-protection, tax, and refund rules); handling their End Customers’ privacy requests as the data controller; and their own terms and policies. The Service provides tools; it is not a party to sales between Shop Owners and End Customers, and the Shop Owner will indemnify the Service against claims arising out of the Shop Owner’s storefront, content, or conduct.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity; attempt to breach or probe its security; interfere with other shops; or send unsolicited bulk email through it. We may suspend or terminate shops that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or its users.
7. Email
The Service sends transactional email (receipts, booking confirmations, reminders, account notices) via Resend on behalf of shops. Recipients can opt out of non-essential email via the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
8. Suspension and termination
Shop Owners may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend a shop for non-payment of platform subscription fees or for violation of these terms. After termination we retain and then delete or anonymize data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the platform fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to Shop Owners by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
